Our company history
Margarete and Wolfhart Haberhauffe founded the company in April 1991 as C & Q Bildungszentrum Haberhauffe.
In the following years, the consultation of professionals in academic careers as well as in small and medium-sized enterprises was established with great personal dedication.
Due to the continuous monitoring of the job market and the development of suitable and promising offers, the company quickly became well-established in the Berlin training sector, and - even nationwide - in the field of occupational health and safety.
You can still benefit from the early specialisation in innovative and economically relevant sectors: our wide network of partners from the industrial and academic sectors guarantees up-to-date as well as practical services.
In June 2010, Brita Wauer took over the management. Since then, CQ has been growing and developing with you and for you.
We combine management consulting and recruitment with our special educational offers and have we have expanded our extensive range of courses even more since we moved to Berlin-Mitte in June 2014.
In addition to our advanced training in the field of occupational safety and health, we have developed and refined trainings in the field of biotech and life science, and also new coaching opportunities.
We assist you in planning your career, offer individual language and career choice coaching, and support you in mastering the digital transformation. This further development is underlined by a new image, a new company name and a constantly growing team.
