CQ Beratung + Bildung GmbH is working on the research and development project "CoLearnET“ in association with Ausbildungsverbund Teltow e. V. (AVT), bfw Berlin and bfw Erkrath, HTW Berlin, and k.o.s GmbH under the direction of the Institut für Betriebliche Bildungsforschung (IBBF) e. V..
With "CoLearnET - Cooperative Learning with Digital Media in Energy Technology" (duration 01.01.2018 - 31.12.2021), the alliance partners pursue the goal of developing learning with digital media for energy technology SMEs and testing this process in the companies. The project results are prepared simply and clearly via a web-based networking and transfer platform, so that SMEs can easily get started with digital learning. The assistance in the process and learning seeks to support the implementation of the digital learning in the companies. These use the learning opportunities and the accompanying advice as part of the pilot applications free of charge.
CQ Beratung + Bildung looks forward to an active and fruitful collaboration with companies in energy technology, and to cross-sector synergies as a result of this project.

The project is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research and the European Social Fund (ESF) of the European Union as part of the "Digital Media in Vocational Training" (Digitale Medien in der beruflichen Bildung) program.
Healthy work is important to us, which is why CQ participated in the "GeMit - Healthy SMEs Germany" project of the German Association for Small and Medium-sized Businesses (BVMW) and the Institute for Workplace Health Promotion from 2015 to 2017.
Business environments were developed and tested in the project as an inter-company solution within the framework of health promotion for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). As a result, the employees received offers for health-promoting measures of various types, for example in the areas of exercise, working time organization, nutritional counselling or relaxation.
The project was funded by the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs as part of the New Quality of Work (INQA) initiative. The Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (BauA) provided technical support.
Sustainability: After the project, CQ continues the activities on its own. We cooperate further with the companies in the business environement and the health insurance DAK.
The KiezKlima project was devoted to the topic of climate change over a period of 3 years (2014-2017). In Berlin's Brunnenviertel, ideas and measures for adapting to climate change were initiated and implemented with the participation of those affected. Various target groups were involved in the project activities, from collecting ideas to implementing them. New networks were created to support changes in the neighborhood.
The district management with its already established participation structures and processes proved to be particularly helpful. With the exemplary use and further development of existing participation instruments, KiezKlima developed a new strategy for information, participation and codecision, which can be transferred to other regions and comparable projects.
CQ was entrusted with the strategy and process evaluation of the project. The result was a guideline for action with recommendations for the participation of local actors and affected groups in climate-friendly changes in their living and working environment.
